    While Carly is associated and in both of those communities, she is not teaching creative finance or Gator Method. She is focused on the basics of real estate investing.

    If you are a verified community member, Carly can work with you on those topics in depth while JVing on a deal.

    This is meant to be an "on ramp' into those communities.

  • You’ll have unlimited access to the challenge recordings and materials, so you can revisit them anytime, as long as your subscription is current.

  • No worries! All live sessions will be recorded and available for you to watch at your convenience in the clubhouse. An additional monthly subscription is needed to join the office hours.

  • The blueprint is structured over 5 days, with sessions lasting about an hour.

    Office hours will be held every week for roughly an hour depending on how much help is needed.

    Additional time may be needed for practical application.

  • Yes! If you chose to opt for the Office Hours monthly subscription, You’ll have access to weekly office hours with Carly, where you can ask questions and get personalized advice on the basics of REI.

  • The challenge is designed to give you all the tools and knowledge you need, but every market and situation is different.

    You'll still have ongoing access to resources, the private Facebook group, and Carly's office hours to help you continue your journey until you succeed.

    However, success is not guaranteed. But you will have all the tools and resources to succeed. It's up to you to decide what to do with those.
