Jennifer has been involved in Real Estate since March 2020 when she bought her first duplex on the other side of the country. From there she continues to level up, push past her comfort zone and is an established Multi-Family Developer and Investor.

Carly kills the Creative Real Estate & RV industry. From long-distance flips, converting long-term rentals to short-term, and of course the queen of SUBTO RV's. Carly is leveling up this year and moving into the Multi-Family Asset class.

How is a Baby Elephant compensated?

Per Pace's request, we have standardized this across the board for each and every accountability group in the Elephant Challenge. If a deal closes after a Baby Elephant generates a lead based on data provided to them by the accountability group leader, the compensation is $500. This is based on a $10,000 assignment fee. If the assignment fee is lower, the compensation will be 5% of the profit on the deal.

Do you only call agents?

Yes. We specialize in doing on market, low equity transactions working directly with agents. There will be times when we do three way calls or virtual meetings with agents and their sellers, but we have found that our skills apply much better working with agents than sellers directly.

Is participation required?

Absolutely not, but we hop you do. Our meetings are designed to take action and to make mistakes along the way. Our group is highly supportive and the only goal for each meeting is to get better. We will sometimes push you to get comfortable with being uncomfortable because we know this is the best way to improve.
